Maintaining the privacy of our supporters, community members, and donors is of the utmost importance to the North Fairmount Community Center. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and make certain the information collected is used correctly, the North Fairmount Community Center, has put in place appropriate measures to safeguard and secure all information collected through our website. The security of the information of our users is a high priority and we take precautions to avoid any data breach.
How information is used
We use the information our users provide when making a donation to complete the requested transaction. The information is entered into our donor database for use in future solicitation and information distribution. We do not retain credit card information unless the user has requested we charge a monthly amount, in which case we retain the credit card information until the payments are completed or future payments are canceled.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive, as well as for solicitation and distribution of information.
We do not use or share personal information provided to us online in ways unrelated to those mentioned above without also providing the user an opportunity to opt out or prohibit unrelated .
How information can be changed
If a user would like to change or correct personal information, he or she can do so by emailing or calling the North Fairmount Community Center. To protect the privacy and security of our users, we will also take practical steps to verify identity before making any changes.
