In-Kind Donations

Donate Goods. Change Lives.

North Fairmount Community Center (NFCC) relies on the generosity of community members, businesses, churches, and organizations to help meet the needs of local families. In-kind donations allow us to provide essential resources, support our programs, and stretch our funding so we can serve more people.

Every donated item makes a difference. Whether you donate one item or several, your generosity directly supports the children, families, seniors, and veterans who rely on our programs and services.

In-Kind Donations

Donate Goods. Change Lives.

North Fairmount Community Center (NFCC) relies on the generosity of community members, businesses, and organizations to help us meet the needs of local families. In-kind donations allow us to provide essential resources, support our programs, and stretch funding further so we can serve more people.

Every donated item makes a difference.

What Are In-Kind Donations?

In other words, these donations help us provide more services while reducing operating costs. As a result, more of our funding can go directly toward serving the community.

We accept a variety of new and gently used items throughout the year. Although our needs may change, the following items are always appreciated.

Angel’s Arms Free Store

  • New or gently used clothing
  • Shoes and coats
  • Children’s clothing
  • Bedding and linens
  • Small household items
  • Hygiene products

These donations help provide clothing and household essentials to individuals and families experiencing financial hardship.

Food & Community Support Programs

  • Non-perishable food items
  • Personal care products
  • Cleaning supplies
  • Baby items and diapers

These items help us respond quickly when families need food or basic household supplies. As demand continues to grow, these donations become even more important.

Youth & Family Programs

  • School supplies
  • Art and craft materials
  • Educational games
  • Books
  • Sports equipment
  • Backpacks

Educational supplies help children succeed in school while also supporting our after-school and summer programs. In addition, recreational items encourage creativity, learning, and healthy development.

Senior Programs

  • Activity supplies
  • Personal care items
  • Health and wellness materials

These donations help older adults stay active, engaged, and connected through educational and recreational activities.

Office & Program Support

  • Computers and tablets
  • Office supplies
  • Printer paper
  • Furniture in good condition
  • Gift cards for program participants

Office equipment and supplies allow our staff to serve the community more efficiently while keeping our programs running smoothly.

Corporate and Business Donations

Businesses play an important role in strengthening our community. In addition to donating products and equipment, companies can support NFCC through volunteer projects, sponsorships, and professional services. Together, these partnerships allow us to expand our programs and reach more families.

Donation Guidelines

To help us distribute donations quickly and safely, we ask that all donated items meet the following guidelines:

  • Clean and in good condition
  • Free from damage or excessive wear
  • Safe and usable
  • Appropriate for our programs and participants

Some items may require prior approval due to storage limitations.
